    Description

    A fine and rare antique Chinese Qing dynasty Tongzhi era porcelain footed tall tazza / lobed bowl, belonged to General Joseph Warren Stilwell.
    Bright colorful overglaze of enamels of famille rose, iron red and famille verte.
    Center medallion depicts grasshopper / mantis and beetle surrounded by abundant florals, leaves, vines and flowering branches.
    The underside is decorated with bats and double happiness coins tied with ribbons.
    The footed pedestal portion is decorated with bats and stylized waves of glass.
    Approx. 11.25” long, 8.75” wide and 3.25” tall. The base is approx 6.75” long.
    Rare for its quality, shape, design and condition.
